Her expertise is business management and tax accounting along with innovative leadership and operational experience from previous roles from the airline and banking industries. Malanie has earned several degrees in business administration, cost accounting, and tax accounting. She also has achieved a master’s degree in managerial accounting. Her business experience extends over 25 years in this industry.
Eric Smith is the Chief Financial Officer, he manages the financial strategy and operation across the company. Prior to MCSA, Eric has over 10 years in leadership and operational management roles in retail, sales, logistics & shipping industries. Eric holds a bachelor's degree in Communication & Advertising from Murray State University.
Brandon Smith
Technical Engineer
Brandon Smith is the Technical Engineer, he manages and helps with all the Technical Support needs of our clients. Brandon brings with him an associate's Science degree,16 years of experience in computing networking, cable/hardware installation, and setting up Google infrastructure networks. He has serviced multiple non-profits and Charter schools in the Memphis area.

Marketing Director
Gretchen Lizar is the Marketing Director, her role is to oversee our client's marketing strategy and lead through the process of producing marketing solutions like creating logos, brochures, digital media platforms, websites, and online advertisements. Gretchen joined the team with over 10 years of experience to help us better serve our guests and communities. Gretchen holds an associate's degree in Graphic Design and has created several projects with Memphis-based companies.
